What you will learn during the Online Learning Summit
All system modules will be covered in basic, intermediate and advanced levels. Perfect for new employees, cross training staff and advancing existing skills. Service related classes will teach how to create and maintain work orders, op codes, estimates, templates, technician files, warranty vendors, pricing for warranty vendors, vendor payments and credit memos. How to track warranty parts and manage warranty claims. Accounting sessions review how to correct accounting errors such as missing GL Accounts and Out of Balance accounts. Parts inventory management will be covered in depth and teach you how to accurately and precisely conduct a physical count. Performing system administration functions such as custom reports and mail merge will be taught in the System Administration classes.
